Overview of Suitable Belt Profiles for the Building Materials Industry
Hard PU and TPE belt profiles are particularly suitable for conveying applications with high requirements for abrasion resistance and dimensional stability. Because they are easy to weld, they can be installed directly on the equipment and quickly replaced as needed.
The extruded belts are available in various Shore hardnesses and diameters. Depending on the requirements, they can be reinforced with a tensile core, thereby increasing their tensile load capacity and tensile strength.
