Vulcanizing and cooling cycle settings (set temperature platen 1 and platen 2, dwell time, end-cycle cool down temperature)
- PID-regulation for temperature control (overshoot less than 1°C)
- Memory storage for 200 different recipes

Type temperature probe, °C or °F, vulcanizing temperature settings in seconds or hours/minutes/seconds, password protection, acoustical warning set point, maximum temperature difference for heating platen, display temperature or power output,...

- Real-time data logging of temperatures, times, recipes and other parameters provides fast troubleshooting for splices and the ability to certify the quality of the splice
- Gradually heating-up in steps (up to 8 steps possible)
- Recipe databases can be created and downloaded to the controller via USB using the PPuls PC software
- Diagnostics data in case of failures to speed up troubleshooting on press (e.g. defect individual heating elements, wrong PID parameters,...)
- The corresponding PPuls Software for these functions is included in the Xpert version.
