The handy and double-sided heated Hotpress HP01 with programmable controller is especially suitable for accurate joining of PU- and Polyester belts.

The removable mould stands out the new Hotpress HP01 as well.
Through the possibility of rapid cooling via water or compressed air allows for cooling-off times to decrease.

Turn the knob and close the press.

1.
Cut both belt ends angular and remove approx. 5mm of the front part of the reinforcement.

2.
Insert the profile into the mould and clamp sidewise.

3.
Close top of the mould and put it in the press.

4.
Turn the knob and close the press.

5.
Select the menu and press the start button.
