Joining Set RH-2 for belts with steel reinforcement including: 1 pc. Crimping tool RH-2 30 pcs. Polyester sleeves à 8cm 100 pcs. AL crimps 2,5 mm Article No: FBWZRH2SET1



1. Join the steel reinforcement with crimps and crimp them with the crimping tool.	2. Cut the length of the Polyester sleeve according to the splice length and slice it in the middle.	3. Put the sleeve around the splice and close it.	4. Put the belt with the sleeve into the HP01 mould and weld it with the HP01 hotpress.	5. Upon completion of the welding process open the press and remove the profile.

1. General welding with Hotpress HP01 (bluepower profile)

1. Insert the profile into the mould.	2. Close top of the mould and put it in the press.	3. Turn the knob and close the press.	4. Select the menu and press the start button.	5. Upon completion of the welding process open the press and remove the profile.

2. Overlap welding with the Hotpress HP01 (Round belts with reinforcement)

1. Cut both belt ends angular and remove approx. 5mm of the front part of the reinforcement.	2. Insert the profile into the mould and clamp sidewise.	3. Close top of the mould and put it in the press.	4. Turn the knob and close the press.	5. Select the menu and press the start button.
