PRACTICAL CUTTING ADAPTER

Conveyor belts can be easily cut directly in the HS400&800 welding unit with the cutting adapter to prepare the belt ends before splicing.
Precisely fitting locks are provided for the cutting stop plate so that the 90° cut can be made precisely.
MONOLITHIC CONVEYOR BELTS MADE OF 2 COMPONENTS

Another novelty in our portfolio are conveyor belts consisting of 2 material components. This production technology enables two materials to be combined in one belt. This means that there are practically no limits to specialisation for an application.
Hardness levels, colours, structures and also properties such as UV resistance, metal and X-ray detectability or cold flexibility can be combined in one belt.

PU MARKING STRIPS

In some applications, abrasion-resistant markings are needed on the conveyor belts for the work process. The new PU markings can also be used in the food sector.
The PU strips, which are only 0.3mm thin, can be thermally melted to the conveyor belt.

SLIP-FREE CONVEYOR BELTS FOR POSITIVE DRIVE

The positive-driven AT5 conveyor belts from BEHAbelt enable slip-free traction, even with the smallest pulley diameters of only Ø 18 mm. This means that even conveyor sections with the smallest transfers can now be utilized with a slip-free belt solution.
In combination with a maximum belt width of up to 700 mm, the new product series from BEHAbelt represents a new product solution which once again shifts the previous limits of the possible applications of positive-driven belt solutions on the market.
WELDING TECHNIQUES FOR BELT EDGES

Belt edge profiles are used to stabilise and guide curved belts.
Usually, the curved belt is picked up via a profile groove and then sewn and/or glued to the belt edge.
A challenge in belt finishing is always the design of the belt edge joint, which is usually a potential weak point with regard to the service life of the belt. For this purpose, we have developed a special moulded shoe which, in conjunction with a hot press, completely welds the belt edge profile in the joint.
The consistent and high welding quality thus enables a more robust design of the belt edge joint in the sense of a generally better system availability. The special moulded shoe is used in combination with a hot press to completely weld the belt edge profile in the joint.

GUIDING UNIT FOR OVERLAP WELDS

Quickly connect reinforced profiles with the new guide clamp FZ03/1 and the welding paddle EErgo-Z. The special design of this tool enables a repeatable and uniform contact pressure over the entire welding surface of the profile and therefore ensures a durable joining quality.
PJ4 WELDABLE V-RIBBED BELTS

Weldable BEHAbelt PU-Plus V-ribbed belts ‚PJ‘ are used where standardized endless manufactured belts don‘t fit on the existing design (centre distance).
Now we are offering V-ribbed belts also in PJ4 version. All 3 types (PJ2, PJ3 and PJ4) are available in orange material with special flexibility under low temperatures and ultramarine blue PU-Plus versions for mechanically demanding applications.
We supply these belts in rolls by the meter, which can be cut to the final dimension and welded independently on site. Alternatively, you can also use our fabrication service for endless welded belts.

WELDING UNIT HS400&800 FOR CONVEYOR BELTS

HS400 and HS800 are specially developed tools for butt welding of conveyor belts up to 400 and 800mm wide respectively.
The sophisticated design with positioning aids and stoppers ensures highly accurate repeatability in the welding processes. The robust and handy design of the individual components is complemented by the control unit, which ensures precise temperature control.

SUPERGRIP STRUCTURE

Embossed Supergrip (ESG) is a common structure used in logistics and packaging applications. This belt is also available in 360mm width, made of food compliant, hydrolysis resistant material and available in two different hardness grades, PU75A and PU95A. The Supergrip embossing is an excellent solution for products in cardboard or plastic boxes.

SAWTOOTH STRUCTURE

The new 360mm wide PU75A product with Sawtooth embossing (EST) is made of a hydrolisis resistant food compliant Polyurethan. The structure is ideal for conveying boxes or unwrapped food when good grip is required. The Sawtooth embossing still allows good cleanability of the belts e.g. by brushing or spray bars that are integrated in the conveyor system.

Many of our extruded belts and profiles are installed in food processing machines and have direct contact to unwrapped food. This requires utmost consideration of the specific requirements and regulations. The EHEDG (European Hygienic Engineering and Design Group) is an industry association with focus on safe and hygienic processing of food. Therefore, BEHAbelt decided to join this network of international equipment and component suppliers. This enables us to exchange with industry leaders and innovators in dedicated working goups about industry trends and new solutions. Our aim is to develop and supply new belting solutions, which support the production of safe and high quality foodstuff.

MOBILE FRICTION WELDER
RS02 CORDLESS FOR PU-PROFILES

The proven and patented RS02 friction welding machine is now available as a battery-operated version.
Reduce downtimes in the production process.
Due to the small size and the networkless operation, the RS02 can be used directly in the system. The RS02 does not require long heating or set-up times and is welded within seconds.
Thanks to exchangeable clamping jaws, the machine is suitable for welding profiles from Ø 6mm and V-profiles from 6x4mm upwards.

UV-C resistant belts complement the new portfolio thus enabling long service lives of monolithic conveyor belts in the food industry for sterilization of the strip surface using UV-C light.
Antistatic belts for the food industry are used if static charging of the strip surface might cause disturbances of sensitive electronic components and assemblies, as weighing units for example.

Transparent conveyor belts with smooth and slightly roughened surface combinations in Shore 85A enable optimum use for detection of the transport goods during conveying.
The smooth glossy surface provides adequate adhesion to prevent slipping. The slightly roughened surface enables saving slide charging supported by the belt. In addition, the belt has sufficient transparency.
