The new BEHAbelt FZ03 Guide clamp set, disposes a unique contact pressure vertically as well as horizontally while creating the perfect overlap weld.

The guide clamp FZ03 is used for safe and accurate overlap welding of Round and V-belts made of Polyurethane and Polyester with and without reinforcement.

With this set, you will always have the right set of clamping pieces for all standard profiles of Round- and V-belts and welding tools ready at you finger tips.

Brand new within our portfolio we offer PU- flat belts made of high quality raisins.

This product innovation is characterized by its special hydrolysis consistency and aligned to be  much better consistency of formation of microbes. All these results into a higher durability of these profiles in wet areas.

Therefore BEHAbelt flat belts are especially suitable for the food industry, but they are also used for example; within the packaging industry, and transportation of empties.

BEHAbelt flat belts have a distinct higher abrasion and wear resistance compared to PVC belts.

BEHAbelt PU flat belts are available up to a width of 150mm, diameter 1,5-5mm and with 75A and 85A Shore hardness. Further Shore hardness and Polyester belts are available per request.
